Terms & Conditions of using and purchasing on Sneaker Pimp

Product & Authenticity

Sneaker Pimp retails the latest and finest Authentic examples of shoes only and condemns the manufacturing and distribution of counterfeit products.

Sneaker Pimp undertakes strict Authentication techniques on each product and products are dispatched locally only once a product has passed our Authentication and Conformity Guidelines.

Sneaker Pimp's products undergo Trans-shipment and cargo handling at multiple international ports, customers are expected to co-operate in the event the product's packaging has physical deformation or damages at the time of delivery.

Purchase & Return Policy

All Purchases at Sneaker Pimp are subject to 100% Prepayment and are deemed irrevocable and non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase and completion of payment.

All Purchases at Sneaker Pimp is eligible to Cancellation and Partial Refund within 48 hours of completion of payment.

All Purchase Orders at Sneaker Pimp is irrevocable and not valid for exchange or ammendment after 48 hours of purchase and payment completion.

Goods delivered are strictly not returnable or valid for exchange.

Deliveries of Incorrect or Faulty or Damaged Products are eligible for a return and replacement if reported to Sneaker Pimp within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact our Customer Support team on Facebook or Instagram within 24 hours of receipt of products to claim a return and replacement service. All claims of Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged products are invalid if not reported within 24 hours of receipt of products by customer.

All claims of Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged products are subject to approval and acceptance of Sneaker Pimp administration team and their discretion.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All purchases at Sneaker Pimp are subject availability of the product at its Authentic Manufacturer and licensed access to stock, unavailability of a product will lead to Cancellation of Order and subsequently followed by a Refund of payment.

Sneaker Pimp reserves the right to cancel and reject a purchase order at any time without prior notice, in which case the client shall be issued a refund of the payment within 10 working days. However, all bank or payment provider charges for the issuance of refund shall be borne by the client and deducted from the client’s original payment prior to refund.

Sneaker Pimp reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any purchase order and payment and refuse service to any prospective customer or existing customer due to misbehavior or abusive threat or defamation of organizational reputation integrity by the customer or any related third party, without prior notice.

Sneaker Pimp reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any purchase order or payment and further pursue legal action against any prospective customer, existing customer or any third party entity who misbehaves or has issued abusive threat towards or wrongfully defamed the organizational character and integrity of Sneaker Pimp or its employees.

Sneaker Pimp reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any purchase order or payment and further purse legal action against any prospective customer, existing customer or any third party entity who threatens to wrongfully defame the organization character and integrity of Sneaker Pimp or its employees the costs of which shall be claimable from the customer, prospective customer or third party.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Delays

Order Fulfillment for Purchases at Sneaker Pimp are subject to Trans-Continental Shipping and International Freight, whereby each purchase undergoes multiple instances of parcel consolidation, trans-shipment and cargo handling which may result in lead times that is substantially shorter or longer than initially quoted to customers.

All customers are expected to co-operate, understand and unconditionally accept additional lead times or delays in the trans-shipment process that may occur due to international holidays, world events, unforeseen natural disasters or acts of God.

Delays in the trans-shipment process due to international holidays, world events, unforeseen natural disasters or acts of God is not valid for Sneaker Pimp's Capital Security Guarantee and does not make customers eligible to claim refunds, replacement or additional compensation.

Sneaker Pimp administration team reserves the right to withhold and preserve information whether intricate or trivial about complications and delays in the trans-shipment process and duration indefinitely.

Liability Limit

Sneaker Pimp holds liability of product integrity until the products are transferred to client’s possession and no longer, therefore it is strongly recommended that the client inspects the products prior to confirming receipt of the product in question, no requests or claims of damage shall be deemed valid or facilitated once they have been delivered.

All purchases at Sneaker Pimp are subject to a Capital Security Guarantee that insures customer's funds against non-delivery for upto 97%. Should Sneaker Pimp be unable to deliver a package due to unavailability of product, non-arrival or loss or damage of consignment in transit or any unforeseen natural disasters or acts of God, customers are eligible to refunds of upto 97% of their payment or replacement with alternative products.

In the event of a legal dispute, Sneaker Pimp shall not be liable to cover or bear the cost of any legal dispute proceedings, and all cost of legal proceedings must be covered by the plaintiff or customer or prospective customer.

Privacy Policy

Sneaker Pimp uses services of secured payment gateways and encrypted servers to ensure client identity and data is not disclosed or exposed to Third Party agencies or institutions.

Sneaker Pimp reserves the right to distribute customer and consignee information submitted by customers with logistics support and contractors for the establishment of a point of delivery or collection.

Sneaker Pimp reserves the right to analyze and utilize customer information and data submitted by customers, in its marketing, without additional permission from customers.

Secure Payment

Sneaker Pimp does not collect or store client's payment instrument information on our servers or database.

All concerns related to client's payment instrument security must be addressed to Software Shop LTD (SSL Wireless).
