Pre-Order Acceptance & Rejection

This Purchase of Pre-Order is subject to acceptance of Sneaker Pimp Administrators who reserves the right to cancel this Pre-Order Purchase at any given time.

This Purchase of Pre-Order is subject to availability of the product at their Authentic Manufacturer’s facility and Sneaker Pimp’s licensed access, unavailability of which will result in Cancellation of Pre-Order and subsequent issuance of Refund for the client’s payment within 10 working days.

Purchase & Return Policy

This Purchase of Pre-Order is deemed irrevocable and non-refundable unconditionally, and that client does not reserve the right to request cancellation or request refund of their payment once Pre-Order Purchase is complete.

Sneaker Pimp conducts final inspection of products before shipping them out locally to client’s local addresses in Bangladesh, whereby damaged products are not shipped out and the related Pre-Orders are subject to Cancellation or Refund.

Shipping & Delays

This Purchase of Pre-Order involves multiple instances of international shipping and logistics and client agrees to co-operate in the event of unforeseen delays in shipping and delivery times.

During Final Inspection of product condition after their arrival in Bangladesh at Sneaker Pimp’s facility, products which have taken on substantial damage during shipping are subject to retention and the related Pre-Orders are subject to cancellation or refund.

Liability Limit & Product Integrity

This Purchase of Pre-Order involves multiple shipping agencies and instances of handling, meaning the product and their packaging are often under unforgiving conditions, due to which client hereby indemnifies Sneaker Pimp from any claims of damage or defect of the packaging the product arrives in.

Sneaker Pimp holds liability of product integrity until the products are transferred to client’s possession and no longer, therefore it is strongly recommended that the client inspects the products prior to confirming receipt of the product in question, as no requests or claims of damage or defect shall be deemed valid or facilitated once they have been delivered.
